How we work
- Delivery
- Same-day selects the night of the event, full gallery within five business days. Both dates go in the agreement.
- Consent
- Asked on the floor, every time. Directed portraits carry a written model release before anything is published.
- Rights
- Usage agreed before the shoot. Sponsor and activation exclusivity is available and priced separately.
- Credit
- Cosplayers are credited by the handle they choose, and any frame comes down on request without an argument. Where a handle is not yet confirmed the frame runs uncredited rather than misattributed. No AI editing.

Booth and branding legible, queues real, product in shot. Photographed deliberately rather than found afterwards.

Lit properly, directed collaboratively, delivered at full resolution with credit agreed before we shoot.
